Gate 22 has taught me that grounding isn’t something I achieve. It’s something I return to.
Not every moment is meant for action.
Not every day is meant for decision.
But every breath is an opportunity to feel.
And that is enough.
In parenting, business, art, or healing… emotional grounding is my rhythm keeper.
It’s what lets me pause instead of push.
It’s what lets me respond instead of initiate.
This journey has made me more human. And more whole.
I’m still learning.
Still riding.
Still listening.

I’m going through each of the gates as a part of my own studying. Starting with the ones defined for me, but the plan is to contemplate all of them. I’m looking to build my understanding beyond the name of it, where it’s located, and what it does.
This is going to help me when I create Your HD Flowprints. And that’s a big part of my heart at the moment.
