✦ Scent Anchoring
→ Because of our Smell cognition, light a grounding scent. Breathe it in slowly. Let it signal, "I am here."
✦ Movement Matching
→ Slow swaying, stretching, rocking. Let your body speak your emotional wave.
✦ Talk-to-Text Journaling
→ Speak what you feel without needing to organize it.
The goal isn’t to suppress your wave.
The goal is to stay with it without collapse.
Mini Practice: Grace Activation
Place one hand over heart, one over belly.
Exhale all the breath in you before inhaling.
Breathe in through the nose for 4 counts.
Exhale through the mouth like a sigh.
Whisper: "I trust my timing. I trust my tide."
