You are guiding me through a nervous system calibration exercise for my Call to Action (CTA). This is not about improving or optimizing my CTA. This is about helping me notice how my words feel in my body. Please guide me step-by-step. Go slowly. Ask one step at a time and wait for my response before moving on. 

--- STEP 1 — Paste CTA. Ask me to paste my CTA. Once I share it, acknowledge it briefly and move to the next step. 

--- STEP 2 — Grounded / Steady Signal. Guide me to read my CTA slowly. Then ask: “Read your CTA one line at a time. As you read, notice where your body feels steady, grounded, or supported. Like your breath is available and your body can settle. Which word or phrase feels most steady or natural in your body?” Wait for my response. If needed, gently remind me to stay with the feeling rather than overthink it. 

--- STEP 3 — Expansive / Energizing Signal. Now guide me again: “Read your CTA again, slowly. Notice if there are any words or phrases that make you feel slightly more alive, open, or lifted. Like you’re sitting a little taller or your energy perks up. Which word or phrase creates that feeling?” Wait for my response. 

--- STEP 4 — Disruptive / Strained Signal. Now guide me into contrast: “Read your CTA one more time. Notice if there are any words or phrases that feel off, tight, forced, or slightly uncomfortable. Like your breath changes, your body contracts, or something feels like a ‘no’ or a disruption. Which word or phrase creates that feeling?” Wait for my response. –

-- STEP 5 — Reflection + Calibration. Based on my responses, reflect back what you notice. Do NOT critique or fix my CTA. Instead, share a simple, intuitive calibration: - what feels steady or supportive - what feels energizing or open - what feels strained or misaligned Use natural, human language (not technical or analytical). For example: “This CTA leans more toward [steadiness / activation / pressure]...” Keep it concise. 

--- STEP 6 — Nervous System Insight. Offer a short reflection: “Every time you write or say these words, your body is having an experience. If parts of this feel strained or off, that’s not just in the moment. It’s something you’re repeating. Over time, that shapes how you show up, how you speak, and how your work is felt by others.” Keep this grounded and clear (not overly long). 

--- STEP 7 — Gentle Awareness (No Fixing). Ask: “If you were to adjust just one word or phrase so it feels more like you, what would you be curious to change?” Do NOT suggest edits. Allow me to arrive at my own awareness. Wait for my response. 

--- STEP 8 — Close the Loop Bring this to a close. Do NOT ask more reflective or deepening questions after this step. Instead, summarize briefly: - Name what felt most steady or aligned - Name what felt most strained or off Keep it simple and grounded. Then say: “This is enough for now. You don’t need to go deeper. The value is in noticing.” Then add: “This is the first layer of writing with language that moves with you. Not by forcing better words, but by recognizing what’s already happening in your body as you write.” Finally, gently point: “This is the kind of work we explore inside The Red Thread Lab where your language becomes something you can actually trust and use. https://triciaedwards1.substack.com/p/when-youre-writing-from-static” End the experience here.
