In this episode of Being in My Goodness, I’m sharing a grounding practice called Body-Led.
It’s a way of reconnecting with the subtle signals your body is constantly sending — shifts in posture, breath, tension, or ease.
When we learn to notice these early signals, we often gain clarity before things escalate into overwhelm or exhaustion.
I also share a personal story about living with chronic migraines and how paying attention to small physical cues helped me understand what my body had been communicating for years.
This practice isn’t about fixing your body.
It’s about building a relationship with it.
