ep 24 My Morning Read
14-July-2026
This is about the first thing you read every morning, and how you can specifically curate this so you feel good about your life.
To remind you of everything that’s already going your way.
In this episode of Being in My Goodness, I’m sharing a self-sourcing practice called My Morning Read.
This isn’t about scrolling, checking in on programs, or consuming content that wasn’t designed with your nervous system in mind. This is about taking self-responsibility for what you fill yourself with first — and using AI as the tool to make it personal, present, and over-the-top reassuring.
At the end of your day, you give your AI a simple prompt. In the morning, your read is waiting. No rationalizing. No talk of what isn’t working. Only what’s moving in your favor, what you’re stepping into, what you’re excited about.
I used to wake up and go straight to LinkedIn. You can imagine what that did before I’d even had coffee. This practice is the evolution of everything I’ve learned since then about what I actually want to put in first.
My husband sees the difference. People around me see it. I see it. And it started with deciding I was the one responsible for how I began my day.
The Prompt:
I would love something to read in the morning. Remind me how awesome I really am and all the things working in my favor. Make it a page, make it over the top reassuring, no rationalizing. Only what is. Talk about what I'm stepping into, what's going my way, what I'm excited about. The world is moving for me.
