In this episode of Being in My Goodness, I’m sharing a simple, movement-based practice I use when things feel intense, pressured, or amped up.
Go Slow Mo is about intentionally slowing your body to help your nervous system recognize that you’re safe. No deep breaths. No sitting still when that doesn’t work for you. Just gentle, intentional movement that changes how your body experiences the moment.
All you need is 30 seconds.
We’ll explore why slowing down can feel counterintuitive when you’re excited or under pressure, and how this practice can quietly shift your choices, your relationships, and the quality of your day.
