What if you gave yourself something lovely… without needing to earn it first?
In this episode of Being in My Goodness, I’m sharing a gentle practice called Self Gifting.
Not retail therapy. Not reward for doing something hard. Not a treat because you’re stressed out.
Self gifting is giving yourself something because you exist.
Because you are already worthy of receiving.
It might be something tiny — a coffee, an audiobook, a quiet afternoon outside, a moment of time that feels special.
This practice helps loosen the belief that goodness has to be earned before it can be received.
Sometimes the gift is small.
But the shift underneath it is big.
